Refund Policy

Because HabibiSong creates custom digital songs, orders are generally final once work has begun or delivery has occurred. If you are not satisfied, email support@habibisong.com within 10 days after payment and we will review your request.

During launch, revisions are free and processed at our discretion based on feasibility. We may offer a re-delivery, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

For Voices & Duff songs, if any background instrument tones appear, we will regenerate the song or issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
