Refund Policy

These terms do not limit your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction granting mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply in full and take precedence over anything in this policy.

We review any refund request made within 10 days of payment. Where the law gives you a longer or unconditional right to cancel, that right applies instead and we will honour it. Beyond those periods, orders are generally final, because each song is custom-made to your specifications.

During launch, revisions are free and processed at our discretion based on feasibility. We may offer a re-delivery, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion.

Revisions, add-ons, and upgrades are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate. Rush and priority fees are refundable if we miss the rush window for reasons within our control.

For Nasheed (voices and duff) songs, if any melodic instrument appears in your song, tell us and we will produce a new version at no cost. If the new version still contains melodic instruments, we will refund you in full.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
